Baked Potato

A classic baked potato with crispy skin and fluffy insides, coated with olive oil and sea salt, ready for your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces medium russet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

Steps

    Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 225°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Poke holes in the potatoes, place on the baking sheet, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake 45 to 60 minutes until tender and crisp.

    Serving

    • Slice open, fluff the insides, and serve with toppings as bacon, cheese, onion, corn, spring onion, pepper, chili, etc
