Berries Parfait

A delicious and healthy parfait with layers of yogurt, fresh berries, and granola.
Ingredients
- 450 g
- 1 tbsp
- 3 g
- 200 g fresh mixed berries
- 130 g granola
- 0.5 tbsp
Steps
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together and stir until well combined.
- To assemble the parfaits, start by adding 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of a bowl or jar.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Repeat the layers of yogurt and berries until you reach the top of the bowl or jar.
- Finish with a layer of granola on top.
- Drizzle additional honey on top of the granola.
