Steps

    Blending Process

    • Place all ingredients in a blender: blueberries, yoghurt, cauliflower, raspberries, banana, apple juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ginger if using.
    • Blend until creamy. Add more almond milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
