    Preparation

    • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
    • Grease a 20 x 40 cm baking dish.
    • Lightly whisk eggs and sugar together. Blend in the melted butter and the rest of the ingredients.
    • Pour the thick batter into a small tray lined with baking paper.
    • Bake at 175°C in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Prefer convection setting. Watch closely after 15 minutes and remove as soon as the dough barely sticks to a skewer or fork. It's better undercooked than overcooked.
