Ingredients
- 1 head
- some oil spray or oil
- 140 g
- 1 tsp
- 1 tsp union powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 100 ml
- some optional breadcrumbs
- 200 ml buffalo sauce or hot sauce
- 1 tsp
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220 C. Line a large baking dish with parchment.
- Spray cauliflower florets with oil spray or toss with a little oil. Place in a large bowl or Ziploc bag.
- Toss the cauliflower with 140g of flour and add the spices until evenly coated.
- If using breadcrumbs for added crunch, finely crush them. Add 100 ml of milk and then the breadcrumbs to the cauliflower, and toss to coat.
- Arrange in one layer in the baking pan and bake on the center rack for 25 minutes.
- Combine 2 tsp of oil or melted butter with 200 ml of buffalo sauce. This helps the sauce adhere to the cauliflower. Use more or less depending on how strong you want it.
- Dip the baked cauliflower in the sauce and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Optionally, broil for up to 5 minutes, watching to prevent burning.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
