Cinnamon rolls

Delightful cinnamon rolls perfect for a cozy breakfast or snack. These rolls are soft, fluffy, and filled with a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture.

Steps
- Melt margarine and sugar in a pot. Add milk and heat to 37°C.
- Pour the mixture over crumbled yeast, stirring until dissolved. Add cardamom.
- Gradually knead in flour until the dough is smooth and firm.
- Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
- Roll the dough into a 1cm thick square. Spread butter and sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up into a log and cut into 18 equal pieces.
- Let the rolls rise for 30 minutes. Brush with egg and bake at 220°C for 5-8 minutes.
