A refreshing and easy fruit salad recipe featuring a variety of fresh fruits and a sweet honey lime dressing, perfect for a summertime treat.

Ingredients

  • 454 g fresh strawberries
  • 600 g fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 4 pieces kiwis
  • 3 pieces mandarin oranges
  • 2 pieces mangoes
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Steps

    Fruit Preparation

    • Wash and dry strawberries, grapes, blueberries. Peel pineapple, oranges, mangoes. Slice all fruit into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

    Honey Lime Dressing

    • Whisk together lime zest, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl.
