Ingredients

  • 6 item tomatoes
  • 1 item cucumber
  • 1 item bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 45 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 100 ml ice-cold water

Steps

    Blending

    • Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and garlic in a blender. Blend to desired consistency.

    Seasoning and Chilling

    • Transfer blend to a bowl. Stir in olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Thin with ice-cold water if needed.
    • Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour.

    Serving

    • Serve cold, garnished with diced cucumber, bell pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
