    Dough Preparation

    • Place the flour on the table and create a well in the center.
    • Crack the egg into the center of the flour well.
    • Using a fork, gently beat the egg while gradually incorporating the flour from the sides of the well.
    • Continue mixing until the dough begins to form a scrumbly, egg-like consistency.
    • Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.
    • Wrap the dough in plastic film and let it rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.

    Rolling Out

    • After resting, roll out the dough using a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
