A creamy and flavorful hummus recipe, perfect for dipping or as a spread.

Steps
- Boil canned chickpeas with baking soda for 20 minutes until soft. Drain and cool.
- Process lemon juice, garlic, and salt. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Blend tahini into garlic-lemon mixture until creamy.
- Add ice water while blending to achieve a smooth texture.
- Add cumin and chickpeas, blend with olive oil until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
- Transfer to serving bowl, garnish as desired.
