Oatmeal Bars

Delicious and healthy oatmeal bars, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go.

  • 60 ml unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp
  • 30 g
  • 30 g dried cranberries

Steps

    Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper.
    • In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, cane sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
    • In a large bowl, mix eggs, almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
    • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and let sit for 20 minutes.
    • Fold in finely chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
    • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.

    Baking

    • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, about 30-35 minutes.
    • Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before slicing into 16 bars.
