Pancakes with Blueberry Jam

Delicious pancakes served with fresh blueberry jam.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons

Steps

    Pancakes

    • Whisk together the eggs and sugar. Add half of the milk.
    • Stir in the vanilla sugar and flour until you get a thick, lump-free batter.
    • Gradually add the rest of the milk, stirring until you have a smooth batter. Let it rest for half an hour to an hour.
    • Put butter or margarine in a hot frying pan and pour in a ladle of batter. Tilt the frying pan to spread the batter evenly into a round pancake.
    • When the pancake has a firm surface, flip it with a spatula. Fry the pancake on the other side until it turns golden before placing it on a plate.

    Blueberry Jam

    • Slightly crush the blueberries with a fork and stir in sugar to taste.
