Pork Souvlaki

A flavorful Greek dish featuring marinated and grilled pork served with fresh vegetables, tzatziki, and warm flatbreads.

- 4 whole pittas or flatbreads
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together the pork, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, paprika, and crushed garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Preheat the grill to high. Thread the marinated pork onto four metal skewers and place them on a baking tray.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once, until the pork is fully cooked and charred in spots.
- Serve the pork skewers with shredded Little Gem lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, sliced tomatoes, tzatziki, and warm pittas or flatbreads.
- Add extra lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
