Pork Souvlaki

A flavorful Greek dish featuring marinated and grilled pork served with fresh vegetables, tzatziki, and warm flatbreads.

Steps

    Marinate the Pork

    • In a bowl, mix together the pork, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, cumin, paprika, and crushed garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.

    Grill the Pork

    • Preheat the grill to high. Thread the marinated pork onto four metal skewers and place them on a baking tray.
    • Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once, until the pork is fully cooked and charred in spots.

    Assemble and Serve

    • Serve the pork skewers with shredded Little Gem lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, sliced tomatoes, tzatziki, and warm pittas or flatbreads.
    • Add extra lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
