Sri Lankan Omelette

A flavorful omelette with spices and vegetables, inspired by Sri Lankan cuisine. Perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 0.5 pieces medium red onion
  • 3 pieces curry leaves
  • 1 pieces large tomato
  • 1 pieces green chilli
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 20 ml milk

Steps

    • Whisk the eggs, add a splash of milk and season with salt and pepper.
    • Fry the onion, chilli and curry leaves in a pan with a little oil until the onion turns transparent.
    • Add the tomatoes for 30 seconds, then slowly add the egg mixture.
